Hi there.  I’m so delighted you’ve made it here!  If you’re like most of the women I meet, you’re striving for a feeling of strength, energy, and control when it comes to your health.   

I know that being healthy is important to you—and being there for your family is number one.  You want to run, you want to play, and you want to have fun with your children {spouse, grand-children, nieces, nephews, friends} – anyone and everyone you love and care about.  You know that you have this one life to live, and you want to live it well.

But it’s not always that easy.  Your life is busy and hectic—too much stress and too little time.  Not to mention those strange and frustrating new symptoms {or pounds} that seem to magically appear each year that are really dragging you down. 

And let’s talk about those cravings shall we? {ahem.. sugar… ahem… chocolate?} For the record, cravings have nothing to do with willpower.  If you find yourself craving certain food all of the time – it means your body is trying to tell you something {and no, it’s not saying you’re weak!}  Here’s a little secret that your symptoms and cravings don’t want you to know: you DON’T have to live like this.  Let me just say that again…you don’t have to live like this.

It is absolutely possible to live with an abundance of energy, excellent health, and vitality{bye bye weird symptoms and constant cravings.}

I analyze those sneaky little {or big} symptoms that are creating the problems, and uncover the real reason why they’re there {hormones gone whacky usually!}.  I create a customized plan that works for you and your lifestyle.  I know this may come as a surprise, but each of us is completely different {wow, hey?} so it makes sense, that we would have unique needs when it comes to our health and nutrition.  I design personalized programs that not only address nutritional imbalances and toxicities, but also look at lifestyle, emotional well-being and stress management.  Based on the symptoms I already mentioned, I make recommendations that will help your body naturally balance itself with lifestyle adjustments and nutrient dense foods that taste good.

I am a firm believer in two things:

It’s your journey. I meet you wherever you are and we walk at your own pace.   No pushing, shoving or screaming here–only encouragement, support, {and the odd little nudge if you want it or need it.}

Keep it real. I know you’re not going to stick to something that’s complex, tedious or boring.  You have a whole big life to consider—so I make making changes work for you and your family.  We’ll keep it simple, delicious, healthy, and realistic.  I love the 80/20 rule {depending on your health situation of course.}  If you eat well 80% of the time, you have the other 20% {if you want to} to choose alternative, maybe not AS healthy food.
